Hello,
I thought that the phone services were available in the Linux client from version 41.7.
Today I heard from my Linux users that the phone services are still not working. So neither the bar at the bottom is displayed nor is there the "Phone Service" tab in the settings. I can even recreate the whole thing with a test user. With my user, however, the Phone Services do work.
Our internal CA certificates were installed on the clients and are also displayed via the "trust list".
We use Ubuntu 18 and 20 and the current Webex version (41.8.0.19868).
Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
Thanks,
Marcel

Hi,
You can make direct calls with your co-workers using Webex Apps built-in calling functionality. The "Advanced calling with Unified CM" is not yet supported. Please check below article for supported features:

Hi @Vaijanath Sonvane ,
thank you for your answer.
Didn't know that the page you mentioned is still up to date, because a Linux tab is also missing at the Release Notes page.
Cheers,
Marcel
