May I know the decommissioning (cancel subscription or unsubscribe )process of Webex cloud service?
These are the details of current setup:
1. Webex cloud account
2. Hybird Integration enabled with Office 365 Calender
3. ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) enabled
4. Cisco Directory Connector VM Server installed
5. Registered Room Kit Mini
What will be the necessary step to decommission as per the above setup.

Work with your partner to cancel the renewal of your subscription and after 30 to 90 days your Webex site will be automatically deleted.

So we tenent itself cannot cancel it. only partner can do. so what the partner needs to do ? do they need to contact cisco account manager from cisco?
