HI,
Since last update a couple of days ago ( as I believe ) guests who enter my meeting are automatically put to lobby. Earlier it happened only after the meeting had been locked. I use Webex (app) for ad hoc online meetings, I don't use calendar for scheduling nor invitations, only a link to my personal room which I send via email. Guests vary from corporate to private.
I would like to maintain previous method of joining the meeting, hence question:
How do I allow guests to enter meeting immediately as long as it is unlocked ?
I found information concerning this behaviour on preferences panel site ( see screenshot), it mentions "site settings" , where do I find them please?
