I have a question regarding following situation:
I as a host want to make a video call with one participant. That participant needs the possibility to share his/her screen or to take over the control of my shared screen (without being a host and have all rights of a host). Several other people should observe this call without the participant seeing them or noticing entering or leaving the meeting room. The other people should be able to chat with the host privately.
Is this possible with Cisco Webex? (or do you know another tool)
Background: we do some user research, were e.g. new concepts will be tested. The participant knows that he/she will be observed, but it is very distracting seeing all these other people or recognizing them entering or leaving.
