Host could not be able to join the meeting

I am host and schedule a meeting but could not be able to joint the meeting because every time error occurs you are already in another meeting. This is realy so irritating.

You need to logout from all the devices via   https://idbroker-eu.webex.com/idb/profile#/tokens

Make sure you are not using web UI  and APP simultaneously

Try logging off from all active and inactive Webex sessions using the id provider at https://idbroker-eu.webex.com/idb/profile#/tokens

Try again after that.
