our organization has many users and locations at varying levels we would like to restrict the ability of the units from openly searching users to call. can we prevent users from appearing on call lists for some devices.
for example we do not want a public facing unit to be able to call the CEO just by typing there name in the search field or having user names suggested below in the list.
we would like to limit the search tool to a predefined user list.
we do not want to prevent users from calling people who know the users meeting ID we just want to stop accidental or malicious dialing to executives from users.
