How to retrieve recorded meeting older than 3 months

Using Webex in my organization for last few years. All my internal discussions have been recorded & was stored in cloud. Now i am able to see recording for last 3 months. Not able to see any previous recordings. Is there any chance i can retrieve those recordings. Its very important ones. I was in assumption all recordings will be available in cloud.

I have a similar problem. I am trying to download usage reports for meetings that took place over three months ago but WebEx does not allow it. Is there anyway to access these older meeting reports? They are really important, and frankly it is concerning this software only stores data for the past three months...
