Installation by User or Admin

I would like clarification of the differences between user installing WebEx and an Admin installing it. What are the pros and cons of the user installing it vs using a deployment tool that installs it as computer mode?

If users install it themselves, will there be problems in the future where admins can't do certain things to the application due to it being installed by the user?

Here's what a colleague shared with me:

Individual users vs Admin install using MSI on the local computer will have identical results. However, Individual User vs a Mass deployment tool like SCCM can be different. 

- User install can deal with a single user where mass deployment can push out to multiple users

- User install can set options on the client after the installation. SCCM install allows presetting options during the install so the end user doesn't have to select any options.
