Hi All,
I am trying to playback some Training recoding files in ARF format through Network recoding Player on my new Mac Book Pro with Mac OSX Big Sur. But Every-time I try to play them I get this error. Some Files for the recoding Player are Damaged. Please re-install the player and try again. I Re-installed the player several time, even downloaded new installer from this link-https://www.webex.com/video-recording.html but problem still the same.
It used to work well with my old Mac Book Pro with Mac OSX Mojave. But On New Mac, even old files are not working.
I am not sure if it is issue of installation or compatibility of Network recoding player with Mac OSX Big Sur or something else.
Please help.
