Joining Meeting (*Host has to admit)

Hello Webex,

I have just recently started at IBM and was looking for guidance on a webex issue that i have ran into. Every time i go to someones personal room they have to admit me in , whether the personal room is locked or not. Do you know what i can do to change this? I am connected with my IBM login and have the webex app downloaded on my computer and ran it past one of my coworkers who has webex and been at IBM for some time and they werent sure why this was occuring.

Hi Corey - do you have an account on the site that host the personal room? If you do not, you will be treated as guest from that personal room perspective and host needs to admit you.
