Local User WebEx Installation vs Enterprise deployment

I am working to deploy Webex 41.7 to our Windows environment using BigFix to ensure all systems have the same base install for any user that logs into that machine. I'm finding however that some users already downloaded and installed the new version from the web and because our users don't have admin right on the system it installs to the users Appdata folder and when deploying using enterprise tools (to install machine wide in the c:\ProgramFiles directory) the user installed version in Appdata remains. Is this normal or is there a way to have the localized version overwritten/uninstalled when deploying?

Hope this makes sense as I'm finding that a shortcut exists for the WebEx in C:\user\????\appdata and another shortcut for the one installed in c:\ProgramFiles.

Perhaps this file contains some useful information for you:
"C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\CiscoSparkLauncher\sparklauncher.txt"
It shows that Spark (the original name of the product, later called "Webex Teams", now just "webex") scans for the most recent version of the application.
