I launch the Windows Webex app to start the meeting, so when I check the meeting button it's greyed out and I can't press it.
If you log off the user, delete the user profile as an administrator from the user, and log in again, the meeting button will be able to be pressed, but after a while the meeting button will turn gray and you will not be able to press it.
