NDI / Webex 43.1

Hello experts,

as far as I know, the new Version of Webex.App (43.1) should be able to use NDI. I have a paid account (Webex Starter) of Webex, but can't figure out the way to activate NDI. 

Do I need a different kind of account? Where can I find a detailed explanation of how to set up?

I cannot find the NDI option in the new webex meeting app (windows), And I got some problem when I use the old app (Cisco webex meeting). I can open the NDI option, but  I cannot find any sources by use NDI monitor .

Besides enabling NDI for the user, you also need to enable streaming in the site options:

I have the same question. I have a paid account (business), I had figure out the way to activate NDI in control Hub. But I still can't use  it in webex meeting?  My friend have a webinar account, It works in webinar account. Can we get Cisco customer support to answer this question?
