In fact, you have 2 choices:
1) if your organization is not a Cisco partner, thne ask the existing Cisco partner specializing in Collaboration to provide you 3 months free demo access to Webex (full house, althout without some options like social networks streaming and Control Hub), or
2) if you are a Cisco partner, then get specialized with Collaboration SaaS Specialization. Two people would pass the 700-680 exam (free of charge training course is available at SalesConnect), you would get your specialization approved and that would entitle you as a partner for up to 250 3-year free of charge Webex licenses (all centers, all features).
