For error on WindowsPC:
Open Internet Explorer.
Click on Tools > Internet Options.
In the Internet Options window, click the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Security section (at the bottom).
Check Use TLS 1.2, then click on Apply.
Click OK.
An For mobile (Is it iOS or Android?)
In case of Android: the version needs to be above 5.1.
This issue is fixed in Android 9.1 or later.
