Not be able join meeting

i am not be able to join meeting from my pc 

it is showing connecting only 

and when i am trying to join meeting from mobile then i am not be able to turn on my microphone 

and sometimes the app gets closed automatically and it show error code: 6

Hi,
For error on WindowsPC:
Open Internet Explorer.
Click on Tools > Internet Options.
In the Internet Options window, click the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Security section (at the bottom).
Check Use TLS 1.2, then click on Apply.
Click OK.

An For mobile (Is it iOS or Android?)
In case of Android: the version needs to be above 5.1.
This issue is fixed in Android 9.1 or later.
