Only see individual users and not the group

When using a hybrid meeting at the office and some at home, i only see participants who are at home. But the video from the group at the office, doesn't appear to me.

What can be the cause of this?

Webex arranges up to 25 participants in a grid layout. If there are more or if you have a smaller view, they will be moved to a second/third/.. page.

You may pin users to the stage: their video will be shown always, independently of if they've recently said something.

That is not the problem. I see the group in between the other users, but it is as if they switched off the video, but they haven't. If I use webex on my smartphone, then i can see the group video.
