Outlook mail to Webex via drag and drop - Do not work

Hello together,

does anyone know why it is not possible to copy a mail from Outlook to a Webex chat via drag and drop? I always receive this error message:

However, if I copy this mail from the explorer (%appdata%/Local/Temp/) via drag and drop to webex it works.

Hi,

Unfortunately, that feature is not available at the moment and you will have to download/copy the email from your outlook to a folder of your local PC. Then you have to drag and drop it to the desired webex teams chat space.

However, you can submit a new feature request via https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/.
