We have some users who while in an open but locked PMR are not receiving notification that someone is in their Lobby/Waiting room. They will receive an email if the new attendee clicks 'notify host' but do not see them in the Lobby. I've checked in settings but there isn't a setting that would account for this. Any thoughts?
