Hi, I hope you can help me... I have been using Cisco Webex meeting for 2 years now - but today after channing the plan to a "Starter" I lost many features: I do not have Personal room any more, most of the choices under "Preferences" are gone and other settings as well. It loooks I downgraded and not upgraded (paid).

I do not know what to do...
