Profile on Webex Meetings - mobile app

Does anyone know how to insert a profile pic on the mobile app of Webex Meetings? It currently has my initials only on my iPhone.

I am signed in but even if I try to click on my initials, nothing happens.

the most recent version of the Android-APP of Webex (-Teams) requires you to tap twice on your profile-picture-circle.

After the first tap the images changes to "edit" (?) ((in german it says "bearbeiten" = edit, change..)) for some seconds.
Tap again to proceed.

Yes, thanks @Fritz_H, it works on the Android phone but not on iPhone for some reason. Do you know how to do it on there?

Sorry, I do not have access to any Apple-Device.

But you may try to use the Web-Version of Webex(-Teams) at:   web.webex.com
(I suggest not to click "save credentials" when being asked by your WebBrowser...)

Since you are not going to change the picture that often (I guess...) this should be an acceptable workaround.

Are you signed in to your WebEx site on your mobile? Or are you trying to use the application without signing in? If you are signed in to your WebEx site and have a picture on your site it does sync on your mobile as well.

If you are signed in, just click on your initials and you will be given the option to

• Take Photo
• Choose Existing Photo
