Are there any resources on how to use remote desktop access via WebEx Version 41.2.0.17979?  I am tasked with providing remote support for our org clients.  Only the IT Support Team has WebEx.

Nithin Eluvathingal, any remote access should be absolutely secured, don't you think? I know a lot of developers who spend dozens of hours per week, just making a security layers more and more robust, for every application they develop. And most of them don't even work in specific companies, but via freelance hiring site ( this one: https://anywhere.epam.com/en/freelance-remote-software-developer-jobs ), where they get all the relevant information about the job offers they can get.

I was able to locate this document previously.  Thank you.  However, this phrase at the outset of the document puzzles me: "To install the Remote Access Agent, send an email message containing a link that a customer at the remote location can select to install the agent."

What link?  Where does it come from?
