How to schedule a 2 day meeting, on webex, with different starting - ending times (the recurrence option does not apply as the times differ from one day to another). Need to keep the link to the meeting unchanged, while being able to block participants' calendars for specific times (e.g. 10.00am-4.00pm-DAY1, 9.30am-1.00pm DAY 2)

FYI, the ability to schedule asynchronous, recurring meetings is on the Webex Meetings roadmap. I haven't heard an exact timeline yet.

The option that comes to mind is to use PMR and create two different bookings in the calendar, one for each of the days.

Thanks for the feedback, What is PMR? btw I 'd rather avoid the different bookings as I need to keep the link unchanged. That's my question: If there is a solution to schedule a 2 day meeting while keeping the same link for connection. I 've experienced it as a participant in the past, but don't know how is done when being the host.

Personal Meeting Room. That is essentially a meeting that always has the same meeting id, hence the same url always.
Your question is not really related to Webex or any other on-line meeting platform. The scheduling part is more on the end of where you create the calendar entry. In many places that would be Outlook or Google Calendar.
