Selecting correct answer on a poll. Check button not working

How can I select correct answer on a poll?  I was able to select the correct answer when creating the question.

Suddenly the check button is no longer available to select an answer...

I'm the organizer and have a webex license. Can anyone help me?

Hi Nithin, thanks for your reply.

The issue is that once I have the quesiton and answers the check button to mark the correct answer is not enabled.

Any idea why?
