Sharing a video using share file problem

Hi guys, I would like to ask about using web ex meetings in my desktop,

so I was the host, and I'm trying to share a file which is a "Video" and when it shows  up in web ex, its black like the window for the video or file is black but the participants view, it is fine.. so now idk why that happens

did u guys experienced this too?

any help or suggestions?

When you want to share a video, make sure you have selected "Optimize for motion and video" located at the top of the Share Content Screen before you begin the share.

Thank you. That option doesn't seem to be available for webex Train.  (as of 11/1/2020, or much earlier).  Do you have an alternate suggestion?  I have experience this complaint, and currently, the grey remains for about 6 seconds, when the video clears, but the first 6 seconds are lost.  Rewinding goes back to the grey.  When I play the video outside of webex, no grey. Video starts quite nicely.
