Space with muted people

Hi, I need to create a space for announcements and for the people in the space to be able to respond and ask questions but only the owners and moderators can see and respond. Can this be done?

AFAIK it cant be. Everyone  in the space will see messages. In such scenario You  can use 1:1 space.
