I have a customer that I feel would benifit from using the tac.connect@webex.bot. The user can connect via the WebEx App however is unable to issues any of the commands. So, I wanted to confirm if this bot is in fact usable by our customer with a proper CCO ID. If it is usable, then what troubleshooting or support is needed to get access for a customer that is not able to use any of the commands through the bot.
