To find exact WEBEX application to be installed inside the VDI

Hello Team,

we attend the calls from inside the VDI and our support team troubleshoots inside the VDI only.

so which WEB EX application to be installed in the VDI ?

Hi @akiwadkar84,

on the hosted virtual desktop (HVD, i.e. the server on which the app itself is running) you need to install the Webex App. Please refer to this section of the deployment guide:

On the thin client you will need to install either the two plugins (Webex App and Webex Meetings plugin) separately or use the bundle to automatically install both. Please refer to these sections in the deployment guide:
