Transfer ownership of a Space?

Is it possible to transfer ownership of a space to a different organisation?

It is not possible for Non-Moderated Space but you can do this with the moderated space.

1. Make yourself as a moderator of the space
2. Assign moderator role to user of the other organization as well
3. Remove your moderator role
4. Remove yourself from Space

As far as I know, the space owner / sponsor is set and cannot be changed. If you need to gain some control over the space, you can be added as a moderator.
