udp/9000-connection of WebEx-Client does not fall back to tcp

Unlike described in some cisco user guides the udp/9000-rtp-connection will not fall back to tcp/443, if the connection fails. We have some clients behind a very restrictive proxy, there's no udp connection to the internet possible, only http or https. Is it possible, maybe by some options, to enforce the use of tcp for media stream? Thank you for response!

I have had to have some of my remote locations fail back to 443 and they work successfully.
I wonder if you can do a packet capture (at that point it might be best to involve TAC to help see where the deny / disconnect is)

Alternatively, and this is not today, but in the near future - The video mesh solution would be an ideal option as it converts all external traffic to HTTPS. However, it does not have 100% support of clients. If you are using Teams for all meetings, then give it a try, but the Webex Meetings app on its own is not yet supported.
