Unable to open Webex app for unknown reasons

Hi! I don't know why I can't open my Webex app. There is no crash report. When I try to open the app, it never appears on my screen. But I find it in my task manager and it seems to be using the CPU. It's pretty strange. I could open it yesterday night but  I failed many times today morning. I have tried to reboot my computer and reinstall the app but these methods never work...

Sign out of the Webex client.
Press Ctrl + Alt + Del on your keyboard, then select Task Manager.
Select More details (if you do not see Processes):

Under the Processes tab, right-click on Webex, then select End Task.

Right-click on the Windows (Start) button, and select Run. In the Open text box, enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\CiscoSpark.
Delete all data in the CiscoSpark folder.
