Unable to Transfer Calls after update

We are currently running version 42.7.0.22904 and no longer are able to transfer calls between people. Is anyone else having this issue and what are possible solutions? Thanks

We can no longer transfer after an update. This is on both Android and iPhone. The iPhone version is 43.2.0 (3458) and the Android version is 43.2.0.124

We are able to transfer on our deskphones but we have a hybrid office and we need access to the transfer button. Is there anything that we can do to fix this?
