Usage Reports not being generated/disappearing

I am a facilitator at a community college that uses WebEx to conduct online classes. We need the usage reports to get credit for the hours spend in instruction

 

One of our instructors cannot locate the usage reports for several individual classes that we know she conducted online and on WebEx. We have tried searching for those classes in all the ways we know how. As the facilitator, I think the usage reports may not have been generated. 

 

I have tried contacting Cisco before. They insisted it was a browser issue. This instructor has searched for her usage reports with more than one browser and on her home computer, her class computer, my computer, and a computer in a lab that has remain unused since March due to covid safety protocols. The result is the same everywhere. It is NOT a browser issue.

 

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what were you able to do about it?
