Users with basic licensing are not able to schedule a meeting properly

Hi guys!

I realized that users who have basic webex licensing cannot send invitations to webex meeting correctly because when the invite is sent, an access link is created that tries to open the old webex meeting instead of the webex app as it should of being.

Is it an expected behavior? or is it something that can be corrected in the hub?
