Virtual Background

I am meeting the system requirements, but still I cannot enable virtual backgrounds with the error not meeting system requirements, kindly help

 

Webex Version:40.10.10 and later   My Version 41.6.1.19162

 

Operating System:Windows 8 or Windows 10 64-bit  My Windows 10 64 bit

 

Processor:  My Processor : AMD A9-9425 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G 3.1 GHZ

Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 4000 series processor

or higherIntel Core i9 dual-core processor or

higher*Intel Xeon dual-core processor or

higher*Other Intel processors: 6 cores or

higher*AMD processors: 4 or more cores at 3Ghz or higher**Non-Intel and non-AMD processors: 8 cores or higher

 

Memory:4GB or more of RAM  8 GB

Any solution please

As it seems, your computer does not meet the requirements.
(although I have to admin, that Cisco is very unspecific at required specs of AMD-devices)

based on this: https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+A9-9425&id=3278

the CPU in your device does offer 2 Cores but at least 4 cores are required.

Cisco lists a 4th generation i3 as lowest requirement, which is more than twice as fast as the CPU you are using:
