Currently running a Webex Adoption Champion Pilot for a company that I support. One of our activities involves asking users to add their profile picture and update their people insights profile. Today, I have run into an issue with a handful of users in the pilot that I am looking for assistance with. I have users that have uploaded a picture, however, you only see it if you open up their people insights profile. There is no picture for them in the group messaging space, just initials, even though they have clearly added a picture. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
