During the recording of a meeting, I was present as an organizer and a colleague as a presenter.
The hearing continued as usual, the testimony of the complaining party was being recorded, when my colleague, who was present as a presenter, and being trained on the virtual platform, had a problem with her audio, left and, soon after, returned to the hearing.
After the return of the colleague, the role of organizer passed to her and the recording was interrupted.
I regained the role of organizer and returned with the recording, with cisco webex accusing that the meeting was being recorded normally.
At the end of the hearing, however, the program generated a file likely to be corrupted, so the second part of the meeting is lost.
I paste here a print of the generated file.
I tried to change extension, file name, without success.
It´s strange the difference in sizes, as shown in the print.
The "disk size" corresponds to the duration of the second part of the audience.
If anyone can help me, I appreciate it.
