I have used WebEx for years but just changed companies and have a new account. Previously, I was able to schedule a WebEx meeting via my Outlook Widget. When the time came for the meeting to start, we could all join via phone dial-in only, and no one would join via the URL. With my new account, I can no longer do this. It is requiring someone to join via the URL to start the meeting. The people dialing in receive a message that states the meeting number is invalid or the host has not yet started the meeting. I do not want to use my personal conferencing number. I prefer using the WebEx meeting so there is a unique meeting number each time. Can someone tell me if this is a setting somewhere? Thank you!
