WebEx Meeting with VDI Plugin

Hi everybody,

we are using the Webex App in VMWare VDI environment with RTAV Settings.

I try to start a meeting with the WebEx VDI Plugin. So i installed the VDI and HVD on Windows "ThinClient" and it sayes "webex connected"

When i check the camera in VDI Webex Settings i use the lokal Camera and the Video is brilliant.

When i start the meeting from Webex Meetings Tab with my personal Room it uses my RTAV VMWare virtual Camera with poor quality. I cant configure the "lokal" camera.

What am i doing wrong? Any idear?

Is your personal meeting room cross-launching the Webex Meetings app? If so, that app currently requires its own VDI plugin and configuration.

Yes, ist cross-launching the Webex Meeting. But where do i get the Webex Meeting Plugin?
