WebEx on RDS Persistent White Blank Screen Issue During Calls

Hi everyone,

Currently testing WebEx in an RDS environment to manage calls through the softphone feature instead of physical Cisco phones. Three users are involved in testing, and the main issue observed (besides WebEx consuming more resources than expected) is that the entire screen goes white every few calls.

Settings have been adjusted, and both the thin client and server exceed WebEx's system requirements. The setup runs on a VMware hypervisor but the White blank screen issue persists. bright white screen

Has anyone experienced this before or have any solutions?
