Webex Personal Rooms Meetings Freezing How to Troubleshoot

Hello,

Our CEO is not happy - The Webex Personal Room is freezing up after people join.   The computer is wired.  How would you go about troubleshooting this.   This does not  happen with Zoom.

Any high cpu usages etc at that time? Does it happen for all attendees or just at the host's machine? What happens if he attends another user's PMR? Is it the same for space meetings and scheduled meetings?

Check the CH troubleshooting/analytics.

If nothing obvious could be found, try opening a TAC case..
