Webex Team not able to connect when signed into VPN

Once I login to Cisco VPN  , webex Team is not able to connect to Server, once I disable VPN, its can connect back to Server.

Are you allowed surfing while being connected to your VPN?
I know some companies restricting internet access while being connected..
