Webex teams messaging icon not showing.

As there is no way to access chat in webex teams and same issue arise in mobile application.

You may try to log on to the web-Interface of Webex:  web.webex.com

If you get the same limited UI you can conclude that it´s not an issue with the installed Client-Software.

There is a feature ongoing (think GA'd soon, currently only on request) that allows you to restrict your Webex app to some modules only. Looks like you have the "Calling Only" client, i.e. no Webex Teams/Messaging license assigned.
