I have videocentric recording activated in site admin.
I am using the version Webex event 40.9.
But when I access my event recording, it opens in standard view, not videocentric.
Format of cloud recording is MP4.
I tried with Google Chrome and Safari.
I really don't find what I am doing wrong!
Is there a way to know if this event was recorded as videocentric or standard mode?
Or maybe I just have a problem in my browser player.
