Hi All,

We build a VDI environment and its not meet customer expectations.

Our environment:

Horizon View : 2103

Webex : 41.7.0.19440

And we do the bandwidth test between 1~2 Mbps

Does there have any solution or optimization can help us reduce the bandwidth below 0.5 Mbps?

Is this for Webex Meetings, or the new Webex App? I'm only familiar with VDI for the new Webex app.

Have you installed the VDI version and plugin for Webex as per the VDI deployment guide? I ask because you state v41.7, which is not a valid VDI version.
