Webexapp startup issues

Since the last few updates to Webexapp the application does not start correctly.  We receive a white screen during webexapp startup and does not complete properly.  We have to use Task manager to kill the task and start webexapp from the icon on the desktop.  when we do this the application starts normally and signs into control hub using SSO and functions properly.  Any ideas to the resolution?
