where is my menu bar across the top? it is gone!

there used to be a menu bar at the top of the webex now it is gone. how do i get it back? all the settings for the meeting were in the menu bar.  now, i have nothing.

I think you just have migrated from the Meetings Desktop app to the Webex app, haven't you?

There are many settings in the app's settings menu. The known top bar will be present as soon as you're in a meeting. If you do not want to do it in a real meeting, simply start up your personal meeting room and adjust the additional settings from that window
