White screen on start up of app

Hi, one of your users is getting a blank white screen when they start the desktop app. We have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. 

Look for advice on how to fix.

Thank you for your assistance, we have since established that the version of windows on the users computer hadn't been activated, it has since been and webex is now working properly

Run the Webex removal tool to clean your system of Webex manifests, traces, cache, cookies or dump files impacting the webex application.
