Hi All ,

I want to know who is suppose to provision the webex licences when purchased through a partner . Is it customer or the partner .

Normally
If the customer bought through a partner and the partner is offering services of a lifecycle partner to help the customer with adoption and turning on more services like video devices etc then I would suggest the partner. The partner would then also be able to access the customer org through their partner portal.
If the customer does not want any relationship with the partner or vice versa then the customer can manage this provisioning themselves (assuming they know the control hub and provisioning process) but the partner will not be able to access unless explicitly added by the customer in the future.
Advice is use the partner method. If the customer decides to move subscription in the future to another partner OR buys another subscription service like video device registration or cloud video interop/video integration with Microsoft then multiple partners can manage the customer subscription or a partner to partner (P2P) transfer requested.

When the partner receives the subscription information, there is a link in the mail to either provisioining the license himself or to forward the licenses to a collegue/other admin of the target organization.

We as a partner do the provisioning ourselves for our customers. Think that's kind of service..
