Hi all,
Can someone help to solve my problem?
I need to assign my colleague as co-host in webex meeting.
But I enter his address, and I don't see the click" assign cohost".
Is there any way to solve it?
Thanks,
Sandra.

I have the same issue, but only when scheduling a Webex meeting through the scheduler in Outlook. If I schedule a meeting on the Webex site, I can assign a co-host, but then when the meeting is in outlook I can't see all the invitees. Please help!!

Your colleagues should have access to your site then you can assign co-host rights to them.

@sandra.x.yeh , did you check if your colleague also has a license on your Webex site?
This is a requirement as mentioned in the following article: https://help.webex.com/en-us/n6c6stb/Add-an-Alternate-Host-When-You-Schedule-a-Webex-Meeting-Using-Modern-View
