There's a meeting in my Webex Messaging tab that's in progress and joinable. However, I do not have it in either my Outlook or my Webex calendar. Is there a way to clear it from my Webex?

Based on the picture you posted, it seems the other Webex user joined your Personal Room and forgot to leave or their device died after entering, not a meeting.
